The Fujian Affairs Office of Jinjian Commission actively invites tenders to purchase medical materials, food and emergency rescue products, which are used by Jinjian Commission to carry out epidemic prevention, medical relief and international refugee assistance in BRICS countries and other countries located in Africa.

This tender announcement requires that the bidding units should meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and implement the qualification requirements that China's government procurement policy needs to meet. In addition, this tender announcement puts forward five "specific qualification requirements", the fifth of which requires that "the bidder must be a member of the procurement list of Jinjian Commission, a member of the special committee of Jinjian Commission or an exhibitor of BRICS Health Industry Trade Fair".
