Fujian Longmei Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Longyan City, Fujian Province.

• Phase I Project: An 11,000-square-meter factory has been put into operation with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons.

• Phase II Project: The company is investing 1.02 billion yuan in a wet-process biodegradable medical products production project, covering approximately 60 acres of land with a total construction area of 38,831 square meters. The project aims to build an intelligent, green, and fully integrated medical nonwoven fabric production base.

The project focuses on the production of biodegradable and flushable wet-laid spunlace nonwoven fabrics and the R&D of high-end far-infrared anion antibacterial & antiviral nonwoven fabrics. It includes Fujian’s first integrated wet-laid spunlace fully automated production line, equipped with a 5G+MES smart factory system for real-time production monitoring and intelligent scheduling.

Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output of:

• 25,000 tons of biodegradable/flushable spunlace nonwoven fabric and far-infrared anion antibacterial nonwoven fabric

• 5,000 tons of medical spunlace nonwoven products

• Annual output value exceeding 1.5 billion yuan, with taxes and profits surpassing 200 million yuan.
